These calculators reproduce the published VISA instruments (Robinson 2001, Visentini 1998, Cacchio 2014, Fearon 2015) for clinical and educational use. They support clinical reasoning and outcome tracking — they are not a diagnosis. A commonly cited threshold of <80/100 is associated with symptomatic tendinopathy for VISA-A and VISA-P, but interpret every score against the individual patient and serial change (e.g. MCID ≈ 22 points for VISA-H).
